Best Broadband Internet deal without phone

I am looking for whats the best deal available for broadband internet in the UK. I do NOT want to sign up for a land line telephone service, I ONLY want the internet service – fibre optic, cable or straight DSL. Is this possible? Thanks!

    For power users Comcast seems to be the better deal.
    For most users some flavor of DSL may be more cost effective.
