What is the best broadband use for laptops?

I am about to buy a laptop and was wondering what is the best broadband to use. I cannot see anything better than vodaphone 5gb £19

Unwired but the only thing is you cant sit on a train and use it you have to be stationary for example… you can sit in a park… or anywhere where you can get reception…. its quite a bit cheaper than telstra and vodaphone…
