What is tiscali broadband and talk like?

Hi! im thinking about getting tiscali’s broadband and talk option 2 package. it seems like a really good deal! i just need some reviews really anyone with this package please let me know what its like….

Technically the broadband was good, but the customer service was crap, so I cancelled. Several months later, they got a debt collecting firm to write to me saying I owed money, when I wrote back providing bank statements proving I had paid, they did not even wriote back to me to confirm that all was ok and apologise! Therefore I discourage people from using them. These companies should learn that if they treat their customers like crap then the customers leave.
