As for New Year predictions, well we think the mainstream basic broadband and telephone packages will continue to be subjected to price competition, with entry level broadband packages appearing that start from as little as £4 a month. More and more people will be demanding better performance and opting for the ‘business’ or ‘superfast’ or heavy user broadband deals, with a spotlight being shone brightly onto teh exact meanings of unlimited and uncapped.

As the concept of the family computer and family phone line recede into history, so each household member will be wanting individual broadband services to go with their individual mobil phone number.
